Had the Dan Dan Mian dish and goodness it was delicious. The cumin crusted lamb ribs were fall-off-the-bone perfection. Service was super quick and friendly. Will definitely be back again!

A hidden gem located in South lake Union. This place succeeded my expectations. Service here is immaculate. I appreciate how vegetarian friendly this restaurant is. The best thing that we got was the ribs and the yibin burning noodles.the dumplings were authentic and flavorful. I highly recommend this place and would come back.

Love the idea of putting mint leaves over pickled cauliflower, that’s an interesting match as the freshness of mint lighten the sourness from cauliflower. everything is fresh and homemade, I got the beef meatball noodle which meatballs are handmade I’m pretty sure and I was surprised, and it was really savory. I’m curious if this is a Chinese person owned place cuz the hamburger gummy candy they gave me and their restrooms are called WC made me feel like we are from the same gen.

I went on Sunday and this spot is very lovely. Great atmosphere. My server Adam was very personable and helpful with his suggestions. I ordered the pork dumplings and they were amazing. Will definitely be back soon!

This place deserves a much higher average review. The food is delicious, their house made noodles are divine, and everything is made with such care. Dumplings were superb. The flavors are bold but balanced. Definitely recommend giving it a try.

Apparently they are part of plenty of cloud restaurant. The food were delicately made and all had really great flavors. We love the cumin ribs, red pork egg noodle and Dan Dan noodles. My friend did however find his buckwheat noodle dish extremely salty. The staff however were amazing, they were super friendly and ensured we enjoyed our dish, also replaced the salty dish with another, no questions asked. The menu is small but every dish looked amazing.

I went to Noodle Bar with my friend/coworker for lunch. Amazing, they have different options as pork, vegetables and chicken. We enjoyed our food. Also, stuff is very friendly. Definitely will go there again
